About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is designed to help you achieve your goals and create positive change. Sessions may sometimes feel emotional as old habits and beliefs begin to change. Your commitment and participation are important for successful results.
Our relationship is strictly professional, and contact is limited to therapy sessions.
Most clients attend around 4 sessions, although some may need fewer or more depending on their needs.
Consultation and Sessions
A free consultation of up to one hour is offered to discuss your goals and decide whether hypnotherapy is right for you. If we continue, your first paid session will include discussion and a recorded hypnosis session for you to use between appointments.
Listening to recordings and practising between sessions will help improve results.
You also understand that therapy is not a substitute for qualified medical treatment and if you believe that you suffer from a medical condition of any kind (physical or psychological), you will obtain appropriate medical treatment. You agree that because people are individual and unique there can be no guarantees or assurances regarding the outcome of therapy, and you therefore agree that Cristina Bran accepts no liability in this regard. You understand that to get the best results, therapy needs to be collaborative with your positive input to attain the best results.
Fees and Cancellations
Online hypnotherapy session: £55 per hour (including recording). Payment is made online at the time of booking the appointment through www.my-hypnotherapist.co.uk.

Confidentiality
Your information is kept confidential and stored according to GDPR regulations. Notes are securely stored and destroyed after seven years.
Confidentiality may only be broken if:

There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

Required by law or court order

You give written permission
Communication and Online Sessions
Email and text communication may not always be fully secure. Online sessions are held via Zoom, and while care is taken, complete confidentiality online cannot be guaranteed.
I aim to reply to messages within 24–48 hours.
